ROSEDALE, MD-Katz Properties has acquired the Golden Ring Plaza here from Edens Inc. of Columbia, SC for $24 million.
The acquisition by the New York City-based real estate investment firm was part of a $52.5-million deal that included its purchase of another shopping center in Massachusetts, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
Giant Food Stores and Marshalls anchor the 158,131-square-foot Golden Ring Plaza, located next to the Golden Ring Mall at 8631 Philadelphia Road. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
