INDIANAPOLIS—After more than 30 years as the president and CEOof Browning Investments, Michael G.Browning will step down from those positions andJohn F. Hirschman will take his placeeffective August 1, 2013. Browning will keep his position aschairman of the company.

Currently a real estate attorney at Faegre Baker DanielsLLP in Indianapolis, Hirschman previously worked asdirector of development with Browning from 2005 to 2012. He wasresponsible for managing Browning's joint venture relationshipswith Duke Realty and Prologis andoversaw the development of multiple business parks and industrial,office and mixed-use facilities.

“I'm excited to be returning to Browning and honored to beleading such a talented group of people,” said Hirschman. “Michael's the best in the business. I plan on stealing apage from his playbook by continuing to have the best developmentteam, customers, projects and partners while investing in thecommunity and having fun.”
