FD Stonewater awarded Stream Realty listing/leasing and management of 7.69 acres of land with an 85,768-square-foot warehouse/office building on site. The property is located at 12668 and 12672 Silicon Drive inside the University Heights Business Park in the Northwest submarket of San Antonio. Schnittger and Lindsay Meche will work as leasing agents for the property.
