MIAMI—Whirlpool just inked a 16,371-square-foot lease atWaterford Centre in Miami. Waterford Centre is a six-story,91,285-square-foot, class A office building located in the BlueLagoon Business Park
Whirlpool joins other notable tenants, including Travel Traders,and Xerox. Whirlpool is slated to move in to its new regionaloffice in the second half of 2013. The lease brings the building'soccupancy to 93%.
