PORTLAND, OR-CBRE Portland recently welcomed three new employees.

Katie Tunsky has joined the debt & equity team as a senior production analyst, bringing three years of experience in both corporate finance and commercial real estate. Tunsky previously interned with CBRE in Hartford, CT, before working at Intel in Phoenix.

Tunsky's educational achievements, a bachelor's degree in real estate & urban economics and an MBA from the University of Arizona, make her an asset to the debt & equity team.

 Jody Dunphy joined the in-house marketing department as marketing assistant. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon, Dunphy spent five years in Eugene, OR, as the graphic designer with a local, boutique real estate firm. Last year she earned an MFA in applied craft and design from PNCA + OCAC in Portland. Dunphy will assist the head of Portland's marketing team, Marina Fridlyand, with the creation of marketing and presentation materials.

Mai Hitotsuyanagi joined the multi-housing group as client services assistant.

Hitotsuyanagi transferred from CBRE's Ann Arbor, MI office where she was a special events coordinator. She will assist the Multi-Housing Group with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, conduct a quarterly rent survey and provide administrative support.
