LIVERMORE, CA-Colliers International recently brokered a 10-year lease for approximately 133,000 square feet in the Greenville Business Center, one of the largest lease transactions completed in the Tri-Valley year-to-date.

Performance Food Group, Inc. doing business as Vistar, a national food distribution company, is expanding its facility at 7587 Las Positas Road . The company currently occupies 95,523 square feet of warehouse space in the larger, freestanding 267,000 square foot Greenville Business Center. 

The state-of-the-art distribution facility owned by Alere Property Group will continue to serve as Vistar's regional distribution center in the Tri-Valley.

“This facility is one of the few state-of-the-art buildings in Livermore that features 30'ceiling heights, ESFR sprinkler system and all other building features required for many corporate users,” said Alan Carmichael, vice president of Alere Property Group. “We are happy to have extended our relationship with Vistar for another 10 years.”

Michael Lloyd of Colliers International's Pleasanton office, and Greig Lagomarsino, of Colliers International's Oakland office represented Alere Property in this transaction. Fischer & Company represented the tenant. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“This is another great example of a company expanding in Livermore.  Many of these companies are also taking advantage of the attractive housing options in Livermore and of the superior labor force in the Central Valley”, said Lloyd.
