DALLAS–Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation's leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, says K.C. Bills has joined the company's Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit as a senior associate, where he will be working with the retail and multifamily teams on projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.

“We are very excited to welcome K.C. to the Trammell Crow Company team,” said Denton Walker, senior managing director for the Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit. “His knowledge and experience of the retail and multifamily markets will help drive growth within our retail and multifamily development businesses.”

Bills joins Trammell Crow Company from McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he served as a summer associate. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company he served as a senior associate with Amsource Companies, where he acted as lead negotiator with public entities for grocery-anchored centers, secured and developed utility infrastructure for large developments with public and private entities, interfaced with shareholders and partners, performed pro-forma analysis and due diligence on shopping center investment acquisitions.
