BRYAN, TX-SenQuest, the senior housing division of Titan RealEstate Investment Group Inc., continues pushing forward with its$100 million investment goal. Recently, the Southern Californiainvestor bought the 180-unit Waldenbrooke Estates from partnersWalton Street Capital and Senior Lifestyle Corp.

Waldenbrooke Estates is situated on 5.4 acres at 2410 MemorialDr. and offers one- and two-bedroom units. The property was builtin 1985, and underwent close to $260,000 in capital improvementsbetween 2011 and 2013.

“Waldenbrooke Estates is typical of the high-quality seniorliving communities that we are focused on acquiring,” says DougAllen, a Titan partner and head of acquisitions for SenQuest.“Seniors will represent a quarter of the U.S. population in thenext ten years, and reach 71 million by 2030. We plan to be readyto meet their housing needs at every level of independent seniorliving and care.”
