LEWISVILLE, TX-The NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division recently arranged the lease of a 266,640-square-foot industrial space to Florida-based company, Nutritional Science Laboratories. Located on Lakepointe Drive in Lewisville, the space is part of a larger 391,000-square-foot facility. The remaining 125,000 square feet is available, or could serve as expansion for Nutritional Science Laboratories if needed.

Rick Medinis, SIOR and Tyson Erwin, represented the owner, Exeter Property Group. The tenant was represented by Alex Payne, of Denton-based, Axis Realty Group.

“NAI Robert Lynn has been marketing the space since selling it to Exeter late last year. Although formerly a single tenant facility, Exeter allowed NAI Robert Lynn the flexibility to split the building, which was necessary to land Nutritional Science Laboratories,” said Medinis. “The facility is a great fit and will further the business's ability to meet increased consumer demand and provide customers with a quality product as quickly as possible.”

Nutritional Science Laboratories, a producer of nutrient-dense foods, dietary supplements and nutraceuticals, plans to utilize the Lewisville facility for the growth of its powder and liquid production lines, helping fill demands from its increasing customer base. 

The company is currently experiencing substantial revenue growth and recognized the optimal location the Lewisville facility presented for the continued expansion of its quality and production labs. The site is located near Interstate 35, State Highway 121 and President George Bush Turnpike, which will dramatically improve the transportation flow of incoming raw material/packaging components necessary for production and outgoing finished goods en route to the customer.
