IRVINE, CA-RealtyTrac has selected Prudential Utah Real Estate as a member of the RealtyTrac Network, a licensed-broker network available to leading independent and franchised brokerage companies across the nation. The newly signed agency serves its market with 15 offices and more than 400 agents covering nine counties in northern Utah.

Through RTN, Prudential Utah Real Estate will have access to one of the most comprehensive real estate databases in the nation, including property-level data for sales, loan information, property characteristics and stressed-property details, along with more than 25 key local and neighborhood factors via the database that supports RealtyTrac's unique Homefacts.com site.

“We are very pleased to have Prudential Utah Real Estate in the network,” says Jamie Moyle, CEO of RealtyTrac. “The company encompasses all of the attributes that we look for when qualifying a broker to become a part of the RealtyTrac Network.”

Steve Roney, CEO of Prudential Utah Real Estate, says the agency's relationship with RealtyTrac and the RTN “will add many new dimensions to our business. RealtyTrac's invaluable tools include a very impressive reach to national land local media, access to potential listing and buyer leads, extensive property-related data through their HomeFacts site and the ability to enhance our SEO results through the display of our IDX listing feeds on RealtyTrac.com. This is truly a perfectly timed offering for our industry, fueled now by the recovery of the housing market.”

As GlobeSt.com reported last week, RealtyTrac has added three industry professionals to the RTN. Becky Sebring will join as VP, Andrea Brockmeier as senior graphic designer and Brittney Marin as public relations manager. The new-hires are tasked with strategically developing the RealtyTrac Network brand and improving media exposure for its broker members.
