MEMPHIS, TN-A Nevada-based limited liability corporation has acquired the 38-story 100 N. Main office building here for $5 million.
One Hundred North Main LLC claimed Memphis' tallest building from Myron Zimmerman Revocable Trust, according to a warranty deed filed with the Shelby County Register of Deeds, reports the Memphis Business Journal.
Myron Zimmerman, principal of Zimmerman Investments of Oakland, CA purchased 100 N. Main in late 1970s for $10 million. The building was built in 1965 and contains a little more than 436,000 square feet of leasable space. See story in the Memphis Business Journal.
