MIAMI—South Florida's last buildable private island is about to see two condo towers rise from its dirt. A joint venture between BH3 Management LLC and developer Gary Cohen is planning to build Privé on an eight-acre north island set between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.

The twin iconic 16-story towers designed by architects Sieger Suarez will offer 160 ultra-luxury residences ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to more than 5,600 square feet for select penthouse units. Every residence will feature private elevator entry, 10-foot depth balconies, and water views.

“Each resident will live in the utmost privacy, perched high atop the surrounding waterways, with gated security services, five star amenities, and complete tranquility," says Cohen. Amenities include a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa in each tower, private dining and social rooms, pool-side café, wine and cigar rooms, kids rooms, tennis court, two pools, marina, private pier, nature trail, private beach, jogging path, 24-hour gated and roving security, and full-time concierge.

Experience-wise, BH3 has developed Trump Hollywood, 1805 Ponce, Terra Beachside 6000 Collins, and Fontainebleau Sorrento. Cohen developed Island Estates, the south island of the property, which offers 21 exclusive mansions and a marina. As one of the founding families of Aventura, the Cohen family has been in South Florida land development since the 1960s and has developed about 1,000 acres of land.
