SAN JOSE, CA–Voit Real Estate Services, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southwest, has won a management assignment of 303 Almaden Boulevard in San Jose. The 160,360 square foot premier class A downtown office building recently acquired by Rockwood Capital and Four Corners Properties.

The high rise is currently home to Ernst & Young and several other office tenants and is centrally located across the street from the San Jose Convention Center in the central downtown corridor. The Property has direct access to the Silicon Valley's key commute corridors, and is within walking distance to Caltrain, VTA light rail, and an abundance of Downtown San Jose's retail amenities.

Rob Cord, managing director of real estate services for Voit, is leading the effort and has hired Brigette Greener, real estate manager, and Stephanie Curtis, assistant real estate manager who will work onsite at 303 Almaden.

Greener brings more than ten years of diversified real estate experience to Voit. Prior to joining Voit, she was a site manager with Cushman & Wakefield at Juniper Inc. where she managed a 1.7 million sq. ft. campus and prior to that she was a facilities manager at eBay Inc. where she managed a 500,000 sq. ft. campus and implemented a 'zero waste' compost/recycle/landfill program.

Curtis joins Voit with more than five years of commercial real estate experience. Curtis previously worked at Cassidy Turley where she started as a market research analyst and then a property administrator supporting senior level team members and assisting with the management of an approximately 1 million square foot portfolio in Silicon Valley.
