OXNARD, CA-Office tenants have been signing space ahead of schedule at the Offices at the Collection. The Offices is part of the 650,000-square-foot open-air, specialty retail center called the Collection at RiverPark here.

Good Sam Club, the second large office signing at the center, recently leased 10,000 square feet of office space above the shops and restaurants at the Collection along the center's main street. The international organization of recreational-vehicle owners, which saves members money through club-endorsed benefits and services, is scheduled to open late this year.

Also, Lawyers Title & Escrow, which serves lenders, builders, developers, attorneys and real estate professionals as well as residential customers, moved into 8,600 square feet at the Offices in November.

“We're definitely seeing a larger diversity of tenant interest, and leasing is far ahead of schedule,” says Tom Dwyer, SVP of CBRE, which is handling leasing activity for the Offices. Dwyer adds that talks are underway with potential office tenants, including tech-related companies and service-industry businesses such as insurance and real estate, and he expects the remaining office space at the Collection to fill up soon.

“What's attracting these and other tenants are the amazing amenities within the Collection,” says Dwyer, referring to the dining, shopping and entertainment options a short walk from office doors. “It's a huge selling point to the office market because there's nothing else remotely like the Collection in this region. And with the recently announced 40,000-square-foot 24-Hour Fitness Super Sport, the Offices has really set itself apart from the competition.”

Other amenities at the Offices include a modern lobby featuring upscale leather furnishings and custom artwork, private balconies and operable windows.

Retail and restaurant tenants at the Collection include REI, Target, Century Theatres, Whole Foods, Yard House, Gen Korean BBQ Kabuki Japanese, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Panera Bread, Gandolfo's NY Deli, Starbucks and Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. Coming soon will be Settebello Pizzeria, Famous Dave's, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill and, as GlobeSt.com reported in March, a flagship, 25,000-square-foot H&M store.
