PLANO, TX-Atlas Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Blue Whale Enterprises, has acquired the 548-unit Bella Vida at Ridgeview Country Club Apartments from long-term holder Virtu Investments in an off-market transaction. The acquisition is the largest for the New York City buyer.
Located at 9601 Custer Rd. Bella Vida is 96% occupied. The class A complex offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units, ranging in size from 722 square feet to 1,868 square feet. Representatives involved in the transaction were not immediately available for comment. A follow-up article will be posted soon.
