SCHERTZ TX-Titan Development has selected CBRE San Antonio and Endura Advisory Group to handle leasing for Titan Industrial Park.
Schertz, a suburb of San Antonio, has attracted several large industrial users recently, including Amazon.com, Caterpillar, Sysco and Arlon. Titan Industrial Park is located at the corner of Enterprise Avenue and Lookout Road, minutes from Interstate 35, 20 miles north of San Antonio and 60 miles south of Austin.
”The Tri-County area has seen a significant amount of activity over the last 12-24 months, with literally no existing space left for larger users to occupy,” said Rob Burlingame, CCIM of CBRE. “There continues to be a lot of activity in northeast San Antonio and Titan Industrial Park will provide a great alternative for these users.”
Zoning for the land is M-1 industrial and can accommodate build-to-suit opportunities for warehouse, distribution and manufacturing occupiers and owners. With a total of ±109 acres remaining, the park can accommodate a large range of user types and sizes.
“Titan Development is one of the Southwest's largest and most active, vertically integrated real estate developers,” said Titan Development chairman Kevin Reid. “Titan offers development and construction services for residential, mixed use, office, industrial and retail real estate. We strive to create relationships that build value for our customers, our partners and the communities in which we work. These relationships, combined with an unparalleled track record of success, give Titan a strong advantage in delivering high quality projects in short timeframes and within tight budgets.”
