NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Greystone has opened its new West Coast headquarters here, led by Rick Wolf as senior managing director. The office has added four professionals to its roster as well.

Leah Purvis, a 10-year veteran for the provider of multifamily and healthcare mortgage loans, is relocating from Tampa, FL, to oversee West Coast operations and credit. In addition, three new team members have joined including Bradley Olson, previously with Berkley Point; Andrea Nolan, formerly with Walker Dunlop; and John Lin, who joins from Alliant Capital.

The opening of the Newport Beach office marks the addition of Greystone's fourth California location and greatly expands lending and operational services provided to the region. The office located at 450 Newport Center D., Suite 400.

“The Newport Beach office puts Greystone at the center of one of the most exciting housing markets in the United States, allowing us to better serve the area while offering the comprehensive lending platform that borrowers demand,” says Purvis.

Wolf adds that Purvis's contributions over the years “have enriched Greystone's services, and we are thrilled that she will be overseeing the talented and dynamic individuals in Newport Beach. The Newport team includes top professionals with local expertise and over 33 years of combined experience. Opening this additional office and building this team will strengthen our services in the region as we continue to enhance our suite or products to meet the needs of our customers.”

As GlobeSt.com reported in February, the firm added Dale Holzer as director of its multifamily lending group, reporting to Wolf. Holzer works to further strengthen the firm's West Coast presence and production capabilities. Prior to joining Greystone, he served as a VP of originations at Alliant Capital, where he closed in excess of $50 million in new loan production in 2012.
