DALLAS-CEI Engineering has renewed and expanded space for itsarea regional office. Specifically, the Arkansas-based companysigned for more than 3,500 square feet, adding to the 2,251 squarefeet it currently occupies at Triwest Plaza's first floor.
With the recent renewal and expasion, the civil engineering andenvironmental consulting company occupies approximately 5,800square feet on the first floor at 3030 LBJ Fwy. (Interstate635).
Jerry Averyt with Henry S. Miller Brokerage partnered with DrewGriffin of Richard Bowers & Co. to represent the tenant. RussJohnson and Travis Gallivan of Peloton Commercial Real Estaterepresented the landlord.
