DALLAS-Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Greg Biggs, formerly with Cassidy Turley, as managing director for the company's Dallas Tenant Representation Group. Biggs' duties will include partnering with JLL's senior brokers for new business development opportunities, and providing guidance to the team's junior members.

Biggs was executive managing director and principal with Cassidy Turley for two years. Previous to that, he worked with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. as executive director.

“Greg has a proven track record of success in working with clients to meet their real estate needs and a deep understanding of the DFW marketplace,” says JLL managing director Jeff Staubach.  “He has played an instrumental role in some of the most high-profile transactions in the state.  Greg is a natural leader and we are excited to have him on our team.”

Biggs joins JLL at a time during which the Dallas office is expanding. Company COO David Carroll says the focus continues to be on growth in the DFW region. “The energy and momentum in the office has continued to accelerate with the addition of over 30 employees and three new service lines in the past nine months; it's an exciting time at our firm,” Carroll says.

Biggs received a bachelor's of science degree in communications from the University of North Texas. He is involved in local real estate, education and civic organizations, including Camp John Marc, Downtown Dallas Inc., The Real Estate Council's Dallas 100, Dallas Regional Chamber and Texas Health Research & Education Institute.
