FOREST PARK, OH-The more than 2 million-square-foot Forest Fair Village mall, formerly known as the Cincinnati Mall, Cincinnati Mills and Forest Fair Mall, is on the market for sale.
The list price on the property is $45 million, according to the Cincinnati Business Journal, which reports that the mall has struggled for years. The property was purchased by a World Properties' affiliate in 2010. The mall is the largest shopping center in the Cincinnati area.
In November 2011, new plans for redevelopment of the mall called for adding a sport complex, Cincinnati Sport Zone. Those plans were expanded in June 2012. However, the Sports Zone has yet to open. See story in the Cincinnati Business Journal.
