WESTAMPTON, NJ- Firebird Presort has leased most of a 68,660-square-foot building in the Highland Business Park here owned by Brandywine Industrial.
Roddy Inc., a Bensalem, PA-based real estate brokerage, represented Firebird in taking 52,543 square feet of the facility at 400 Highland Drive. The tenant company provides postal and commingling services to agencies and mailers.
Frank Roddy, president of the brokerage said the long-term lease has an aggregate rental value of about $1.05 million.
The building has 22-foot clear ceiling heights, five tailgate loading docks, 5,812 square feet of offices and parking for 50 cars.
It is situated at the Rancocas Road–Mount Holly, Willingboro Interchange of Interstate 295 (Exit 45) providing quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Roddy markets, manages and develops industrial and commercial real estate throughout eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.
