IRVINE, has learned exclusively thatGeorg Fischer LLC, a division of the GeorgFischer AG North American piping systems, has signed an$11-million multi-year lease at 9351 Jeronimo Rd.with owner the Irvine Co. The 105,108-square-footfacility will serve as the company's US headquarters for sales,marketing, engineering and logistics.

Gary McArdell and John Collinsof Lee & Associates' Newport Beach officerepresented the tenant in the transaction. According to McArdell,the new tenant will be relocating to Irvine from its currentlocation in Tustin. “Irvine serves as a prime location forcompanies like Georg Fischer LLC,” he says. “Placing itsheadquarters here will provide them with an unparalleledaccessibility to the national and international market.”

The property is part of a four-building campus that featuresmid-tech and manufacturing space.Tenant improvements will be constructed to create a first-classfacility to showcase Georg Fischer's products and capabilities.
