HENDERSON, NV-Robyn Yates, owner/broker of Windermere Prestige Properties, has completed a merger with Prime Realty, Ltd., a well-established Henderson luxury real estate office owned and operated by Beth Naef.

Naef, who opened Prime Realty in 2003, offers 15 years of experience as a luxury broker in the Southern Nevada market. A Southern Nevada resident since 1969, her knowledge of the region has served to help her sell nearly $400 million worth of local real estate, including a significant number of high-priced custom homes and home sites.

The merger of the real estate offices will provide Prime Realty with Windermere's advertising support, pairing well with Naef's aggressive marketing style.
