ORANGE COUNTY, CA-CBRE has arranged fourindustrial leases here that totalmore than 517,000 square feet. Three of the leases are forproperties in Santa Ana, and one is for a property in Anaheim.

Dave Desper, SVP of CBRE, was involved in allfour lease transactions. He represented the tenant,Accurate Metal Solutions, in a new 10-year leaseat 3130 Miraloma, a 144,000-square-foot buildingin Anaheim. The building features more than 18,000 square feet ofoffice space, four expandable truck wells, eightground-level loading doors, 423 parking stalls and a largefenceable yard area.

“AMS was put in the position of relocating when their existinglocation, also in Anaheim, was sold for residential development,”says Desper. “The new building is a high-end, second-generationbuilding designed for a manufacturer with heavy power requirements.They were attracted to this building for the location, power andlayout—it's an efficient use of space, as they are going from fourbuildings down to one, but will occupy roughly the same size.”
