MIAMI—Sentry Data Systems has moved its corporate headquarters to the repositioned 800 Fairway office building in Deerfield Beach, FL. Sentry, a pharmacy procurement management and compliance solutions provider, signed a 21,615-square-foot, five-year lease for top-floor office space at the property.

Stiles Realty director Madelayne Garcia and broker associate Tom Kates represented both the owner and Sentry Data Systems in the transaction. According to Kates, 800 Fairway is one of the few office properties in Deerfield Beach to offer a diverse mix of amenities.

“Tenants seeking quality, flexible space and a large amenity base have few options in Deerfield Beach,” says Kates. “Consequently, ownership made a significant investment to enhance the property. As a result, 800 Fairway has found an effective market niche and is drawing attention from large and midsize users. In the case of large-user Sentry Data Systems, the property's on-site amenities were a major deciding factor.”

800 Fairway spans 172,323 square feet over four floors, making it the largest multi-tenant office building in Deerfield Beach. The property underwent extensive interior and exterior upgrades that were completed in April 2013, including the addition of new amenities. Some features include a renovated fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, lockers and showers, as well as a remodeled atrium lobby, expansive conference center, new on-site café, secured parking, lit walking paths, and picnic tables surrounding the adjoining golf course.

Along with Sentry Data Systems, 800 Fairway has welcomed two new tenants and renewed or expanded many others for a total of 37,500 square feet of activity in the last several months. Its newest tenants are software provider Compass Plus Limited and attorney Jonathan Brooks, who is relocating from Boca Raton. Other tenants include commercial electronics provider Arrow Electronics and JSS International.

800 Fairway is located at 800 Fairway Drive next to Interstate 95 and in between Hillsboro Boulevard and Southwest 18th Street. A recently erected eight-foot illuminated monument sign is visible to more than 200,000 cars per day. 800 Fairway offices overlook a manicured 18-hole golf course.
