MIAMI—Quinn Eddins has joined CBRE's management ranks. Eddins comes on board as director of Research and Analysis for Florida.
From Miami, Eddins will lead the state's research team and spearhead initiatives aimed at mining key economic and industry trends deemed valuable to CBRE clients and partners. Prior to joining CBRE, Quinn was the director of Research for Radar Logic Inc., a New York City-based real estate data and analytics company serving the financial services industry.
“Quinn's solid strategic planning, market analysis and financial background will enable us to enhance CBRE Florida's research platform and provide added value to our real estate professionals, clients and partners,” says Mary Jo Eaton, executive managing director of CBRE in Florida. Eddins is an established professional with experience in finance, real estate, capital markets and business development.
“Quinn will be a terrific addition to our national team of regional research directors,” says Pamela Murphy, senior vice president of Global Research and Consulting at CBRE. “His solid analytic background will raise the level of thought leadership throughout the state of Florida.”
Eddins has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University.
