NEW YORK CITY-The Times Co. is poised to shed the last of the seven floors it once owned at its 620 Eighth Ave. headquarters.
The parent of the New York Times put the nearly 31,000-square-foot space on the 21st floor on the market for lease and has hired the CBRE team of Zachary Freeman, Ramneek Rikhy, Mary Ann Tighe, Gregory Tosko and Sacha Zarba, according to the New York Post.
The Times Co. sold 21 of its 28 floors to W.P. Carey & Co. and leased them back with an option to repurchase them in 2019 for $250 million. See story in the New York Post.
