SAN ANTONIO, TX-Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate development, services and investment firm, has been awarded two leasing assignments totaling more than 49,000 square feet in the San Antonio area. Listings include two office properties. 

Ten Fifteen Jackson Keller Partners, L.P. awarded Stream Realty leasing and sales responsibilities of 34,796 square feet of office space. The property is a two-story office building that has been renovated and built out as administrative and classroom space. The property is located approximately 1.5 miles inside Loop 410 at 1015 Jackson Keller in the Northwest submarket of San Antonio. Lindsay Meche Kopplow and Carolyn Hinchey Shaw will serve as leasing and sales agents for the building. 

Tinamou, Ltd. awarded Stream Realty leasing of 14,643 square feet of multi-tenant office space, which features easy access to IH-35, great retail exposure and available pylon signage. The property is conveniently located at 2130 SW Military Drive in South San Antonio on the corner of SW Military Drive and IH-35 and adjacent to South Park Mall. Kopplow will serve as leasing agent for the property. 

“In addition to great location, this property offers a wide range of amenities,” Kopplow said. “Because of that winning combination there are only a few suites left available for lease.”
