BETHESDA, MD-The CDM Group is renewing its space in 7500 Old Georgetown Rd. after the landlord made it an offer it couldn't refuse. Cresa Washington DC's Tom Birnbach negotiated the ten-year renewal for the company.

The company looked at other buildings but found that the landlord was willing to make an aggressive offer to keep the tenant, Birnbach tells GlobeSt.com. "Compared to what else is out there, the landlord offered the best deal."

The CDM Group occupies the entire 9th floor in the building, which is owned by Clark Construction Group.
