PHOENIX-Chad Adams, 35, is vice president, single-tenant retail acquisitions for Cole Real Estate Investments Inc. In his role Adams focuses on single-tenant retail acquisitions for the company, with a strategic focus on the northeast.
Since joining the firm three years ago, Adams has handled more than $1 billion worth of deals, netting him Cole's 2012 "Single Tenant Retail Dealmaker of the Year" title. Though technology has moved the sector forward, Adams credits his success, in part, to old-school relationship-building.
Before joining Cole, Adams managed a portfolio of single-tenant retail, office and industrial properties in 19 states. Adams is also director of C3 Soccer Camp in Wheeling, WV, a free children's soccer camp he founded in 2003.
