CARMEL, CA–CBRE Hotels has completed the sale of the Carmel Mission Inn located at 3665 Rio Road in Carmel.
Located on California's scenic Highway 1, the property offers convenient access to local beaches, world-class golf, the charming shops and restaurants of Carmel-by-the-Sea, and the numerous attractions found throughout the Monterey peninsula.
The full-service hotel includes 165 rooms, a restaurant and bar, an outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, and 4,670 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The Carmel Mission Inn was sold by a private, regional real estate firm to LoganView Capital, a California-based hotel investment group. The new owner intends to renovate and reposition the hotel to capitalize on the current and future strength of the Carmel lodging market.
CBRE Hotels' San Francisco team, Henry Bose and Mark McDermott, represented the seller in the transaction.
