NEW YORK CITY-An affiliate of Douglaston RealtyManagement of Queens has acquired 7-11 Cornelia St., a47-unit apartment building here in the West Village, forapproximately $24.6 million.

Stone Street Properties sold the26,480-square-foot building to Douglaston affiliate RockfarmerCapital, according to The Real Deal. The elevator building is fullyoccupied. A total of 17 of the units are rent-regulated.

Marcus & Millichap's Peter Von Der Ahe, Joe Koicim and DavidLloyd brokered the transaction for Stone Street's Jeffrey Kaye andRobert Morgenstern. See story in The Real Deal.
