NEW YORK CITY-An affiliate of Douglaston Realty Management of Queens has acquired 7-11 Cornelia St., a 47-unit apartment building here in the West Village, for approximately $24.6 million.

Stone Street Properties sold the 26,480-square-foot building to Douglaston affiliate Rockfarmer Capital, according to The Real Deal. The elevator building is fully occupied. A total of 17 of the units are rent-regulated.

Marcus & Millichap's Peter Von Der Ahe, Joe Koicim and David Lloyd brokered the transaction for Stone Street's Jeffrey Kaye and Robert Morgenstern. See story in The Real Deal.
