HOUSTON-Boxer Property has been awarded the leasing and management assignment of 4101 Greenbriar Dr., southwest of Houston's CBD. Locally based Boxer Property plans to incorporate its Workstyle space design within the 59,860-square-foot, class B building.
The property is located in the Museum District submarket, directly off SH 59 S and near Rice Village and Upper Kirby. Boxer Property asset manager John McAllister negotiated the agreement with building owner Greenbriar 99 Ltd., which is based in The Woodlands, TX
“We expect to see significant leasing activity as we incorporate our Workstyle space design which has been very successful at other Houston locations,” McAllister says.
In July 2013, GlobeSt.com reported on the Boxer Workstyle design, which offers upscale office space to smaller businesses and entrepreneurs. The emphasis of the design is on collaboration, flexibility and amenities.
