NEW YORK CITY-Palm Beach, FL-based Jeff Greene has decided to sell a land parcel in Hudson Square rather than develop a high-rise condominium project he had planned there.

The billionaire has put the property at 100 Vandam Street on the market for sale for $150 million. He had reportedly planned to build a 140,000-squre-foot condominium project at the property, according to The Real Deal.

The change in plan follows a rezoning of the area that allows for larger residential developments. See story in The Real Deal.
