DALLAS-Rob Witte, senior managing director, has assumed overall responsibility for Hines' Dallas office. Heath Johnson will now oversee the firm's commercial development efforts in Dallas. Witte will continue to oversee Hines' Southwest Region land development platform throughout Texas, Colorado and Arizona.
