"We are firm believers in the power of local industry expertise. It is one of the best ways to understand the direction and needs of a market," said Watt Communities president Howard Press. "Having Kevin Webb in the Northern California Region will allow Watt Communities to acquire land wisely and build communities precisely according to what the homebuyers are seeking."
Founded in 1947 by Ray Watt, the comapny now has more than $6 billion in completed projects. Watt Communities is highly regarded in the home building industry as a premium quality builder.
