SAN ANTONIO-TX-A penthouse atop the Grand Hyatt Hotel in the Alteza Residences in downtown San Antonio has traded for $2.95 million.
Alteza Residences say the sale is the most expensive condominium ever sold in the city. Sharon Hull of The Marketing Directors sold the 5,668-squqare-foot penthouse on the 33rd and 34th floors of the property to an undisclosed buyer, according to the San Antonio Business Journal. Earlier this year, the second-largest penthouse in Alteza Residences sold for $2.4 million.
“We are honored to be part of such an important milestone in San Antonio real estate,” says Raymond McCall, executive vice president of TX Riverwalk Residences LP. “This sale is a definite indication of the rise of the condominium trend in the San Antonio market.” See story in the San Antonio Business Journal.
