SALT LAKE CITY, UT-KBS Realty Advisors recently inked three leases totaling 31,069 square-feet at its Parkside Tower in Salt Lake City.
KBS signed a new, 18,848-square-foot lease with First American Title Company, LLC, at Parkside Tower. Chris Kirk of Commerce Real Estate Solutions represented First American Title in the lease, while Scott Wilmarth and Nadia Letey of CBRE represented KBS.
Additionally, KBS signed a new 11,023-square foot lease with Sedgwick Claims Management at the property, as well as a 1,198-square-foot renewal with Intermountain Technology Services.
Parkside Tower is a 13-story structure totaling 190,320 square-feet within the Salt Lake City central business district. Its location on State Street provides easy access throughout the CBD and convenient access to the region's freeway system. The asset currently is 98% occupied.
KBS, of Newport Beach, CA, owns one other asset in Salt Lake City, the 198,324-square-foot Gateway Tech Center, also in the central business district.
