DALLAS-Crow Holdings has arranged the acquisition of Preston Center Pavilion and Square, a North Dallas retail building.
According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, Dallas-based Crow Holdings represented a private real estate fund in the purchase of the 230,842-square-foot center. The deal included assumption of an existing mortgage on the real estate.
The Preston Center Pavilion building at Douglas Berkshire avenues was originally a department store. In 2002, the multistory building was redeveloped into multiple shops.
HFF LP has been marketing the property for several months.
Tenants in the building include DSW Shoe Warehouse, Marshall's, Gold's Gym, Office Depot, Chipotle and Salata.
