SAN FRANCISCO–NorthMarq has named 30-year veteran Dan Baker senior vice president of its San Francisco office.
A finance expert, Baker most recently served as vice president of EverBank Business Property Lending's Northern California operations. He has also held positions with GE Real Estate Business Property; LoopNet; John Hancock Real Estate Finance; Northland Financial; Metropolitan Life Insurance; and Bank of America.
“Dan's expertise in real estate finance and his deep commitment to first rate service make him an outstanding addition to NorthMarq,” said Jeffrey Haskell, senior vice president-managing director of NorthMarq's San Francisco office. “We are very pleased to have Dan on the NorthMarq team.”
A licensed real estate broker in the state of California, he is a graduate of California State University-San Diego.
