Located at 1850 NW 69th Avenue and 6600 NW 16th Street in Plantation, FL, the two-building portfolio spans 75,268 square feet. David Duckworth, vice president of Investment Sales with Avison, is marketing the buildings on behalf of the ownership, Matecumbe Rand LLC.
