TAMPA, FL—Tom Dyer has joined CBRE's Occupier Services group in Tampa. Dyer comes on board as a first vice president.
“Tom brings a special set of skills and relationships with mid cap companies, which are extremely active in the Tampa Bay market,” says Patricia Nooney, senior managing director of CBRE's Tampa office. “He's a fantastic complement to our Occupier Services team.”
CBRE's Occupier Services group helps clients with occupancy needs in office, industrial, retail and specialized properties. Dyer will focus on leveraging CBRE's platform to deliver portfolio optimization solutions to mid cap companies.
Dyer comes to CBRE from DTZ, a global real estate brokerage and consultancy where he served as vice president. During his tenure at DTZ, he worked primarily with mid cap companies developing portfolio optimization strategies, financial analysis tools as well as managing real estate transactions throughout the country and the state of Florida.
“Tom brings a great deal of experience working with middle-market companies and will help fortify CBRE's brand-name recognition by generating new business opportunities with local, regional and national firms in the Tampa Bay region,” says Bill Moss, senior managing director of CBRE's Orlando/Tampa region. Dyer holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Le Moyne College, in Syracuse, New York.
