PHOENIX—GPE Commercial Advisors this week secured the sale of a 64,375-square-foot, 6.95-acre property at 4039 E. Raymond St. in Phoenix. The property sold for $2,895,000.
Built in 1974, the property was most recently occupied by River of Life Church. The new owner purchased the property for investment purposes and intends to reposition the property for lease up.
