MIAMI—Supermodel Amber Arbucci joined longtime friend and South Beach pioneer Michael Capponi and developer Moses Bensusan in Miami Beach to cohost the debut party for Costa Hollywood condo resort. The event, dubbed Hollywood Meets Hollywood, celebrated Capponi's addition to the Cost Hollywood development team and served as a formal introduction to what he calls South Beach's sister to the north, Hollywood Beach Village.

Jamie Foxx arrived with his two daughters and was spotted in the DJ booth alongside pal DJ Irie. Other notables included singer/producer Dallas Austin, Zoey Kravitz (Lenny Kravitz's daughter), boxer Andre Berto, and reality TV personality Marysol Patton.

Select works from Art of Night, an exhibit by nightlife photographer Seth Browarnik, were on display and depicted the icons, legends and stars that have graced the sands of Miami Beach over the past 15 years. Browarnik was also on-hand for the evening, which doubled a preview for the future collaboration with Costa Hollywood, as select pieces from Browarnik's impressive celebrity catalogue will be housed at the project upon its completion Spring 2015.

Bensusan recently announced that Capponi, a Miami-based construction mogul and hospitality industry savant, joined the development team. Capponi has creatd highly coveted, in-demand hospitality ventures, real estate projects, and destinations.

He will play a key role in the branding, sales, marketing and development of strategic partnerships for Costa Hollywood. He will also help curate more than five restaurants, lounges, and high-end retail encompassing the ground floor of the oceanfront development's highly anticipated Hollywood Beach Village location.

The event raised $10,000 on behalf of Haiti Empowerment Mission, a cause Capponi spearheaded. The night concluded with a check presentation by Bensusan.
