CHARLOTTE-Invesco Real Estate has paid $59 million for the Junction 1504 apartment complex here.
The real estate investment firm acquired the South End property from JLB Partners of Dallas, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate is the real estate division of Atlanta-based investment management firm Invesco.
The Junction 1504 development sits on 10 acres and features 281 rental apartment units. JLB Partners started construction on Junction 1504 in late 2011 and completed the development in 2013. The company is also developing large apartment projects in Elizabeth and SouthPark, NC. See story in the Charlotte Business Journal.
