INDEPENDENCE, OH-Duke Realty Corp. has sold five office buildings here to a unit of Five Mile Capital Partners LLC of Stamford, CT for $62.4 million.
Duke had the five office buildings and others it owns in Northeast Ohio on and off the market for nearly a decade, according to Crain's Cleveland Business.
Cuyahoga County land records indicate Five Mile Partners acquired the buildings on Dec. 30. The transaction involved Park Center Plaza I, II and III at 6050-6150 Oak Tree Plaza, and Corporate Plaza I and II at 6450 and 6480 Rockside Woods Blvd South. The sale transferred approximately 600,000 square feet of office space into Five Mile Partners' portfolio.
