SALT LAKE CITY, UT-Interchange Business Park, located in Salt Lake City, has been sold to Harrison Properties.
The business park consists of 25 office/warehouse buildings totaling approximately 385,000 square feet and is situated on 31 acres.
Harrison, based in Phoenix, owns, leases, and manages more than 8.8 million square feet in the region. The transaction was brokered by Bryce Blanchard of Newmark Grubb ACRES.
