CHICAGO-Tishman Speyer Properties L.P. has hired Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market for sale its 30 N. LaSalle St. office building in the Central Loop.
Tishman is looking for an investor to pay at least $235 million for the 983,000-square-foot building, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
Bruce Miller, managing director of Chicago-based Jones Lang, confirmed the assignment for the 43-story office building. “There's an enormous amount of capital seeking quality properties in Chicago, but there are very few properties available,” Miller says “As a result, we are very bullish about 30 N. LaSalle's prospects.” See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
