LONGVIEW, TX– The Comfort Suites in Longview, Texas recently sold to Breiton Hospitality LLC which plans to keep the Comfort Suites flag and invest in capital improvements.
The three-story, 60-room hotel is located at 3307 North 4th Street in Longview, about 130 miles from Dallas in the Piney Woods region of East Texas.
CBRE Hotels, a specialized advisory group within CBRE Group,Inc, represented the seller, Heritage Inn XII, Limited Partnership. The CBRE Hotels team consisted of First Vice President Bert Stevens in Dallas and Senior Vice President Nate Sahn and Senior Vice President James Johnson in Chicago who represented the seller in this transaction.
“We generated significant interest in the hotel based on its strong location and substantial upside potentials," said Stevens.
