ATLANTA—As it continues executing on its commercial real estate strategies, Lee & Associates has named H. Allen Brown senior director in the firm's Atlanta office. Brown brings more than 40 years of experience providing commercial real estate investment counseling and transaction services to corporate, private, and institutional owners.

Brown's primary focus will be on the office market. He will also have his fingers in retail and land transactions.  

“Allen is a longtime friend and consummate real estate professional,” T. Richard Bryant, president of Lee & Associates Atlanta, tells GlobeSt.com. “We have worked together in the past and it is with great anticipation that I look forward to working with Allen in the future.”

During his career, Brown has specialized in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta,  representing local, regional, and national tenants such as Chick-fil-A, Drug Emporium, Wachovia, Varelco, Ethan Allen, and Sports Life. He has leased and sold large retail strip centers in and around Atlanta. Brown has also represented every major bank in Downtown Atlanta, including Trust Company of Georgia (SunTrust) in the 1990 negotiation of their 425,000-square-foot service center lease.
